Alex and I took Brooks to the Texas State Fair for the first time. Grandma watched Colt so we could enjoy some alone (and sane) time with Brooks, who is really pretty easy to take places now :-)
Brooks had a blast at the fair. We rode the HUGE ferris wheel amongst other fast spinning rides that made mommy sick, looked at the awesome train set up in the greenhouse garden, watched the dog show, went to the petting zoo and ate lots of junk food including ice cream and funnel cakes! And, the boy was definitely pooped once we headed home!!!
